This journey of 12 weeks has been amazing learning.
The most important learning I learnt is it’s not difficult to let go. You don’t need to be perfect always and can do this without feeling bad.
Have most importantly done things against my wrong beliefs and thought process.
Most importantly being able to start a conversation with anyone at any time.
He is an amazing listener who has helped me to speak my heart out.
Secondly, he has an excellent quality of acknowledging and motivating.
His amazing way of helping to acknowledge yourself has helped me to start loving myself.
He has made me believe that solutions to your problems is within yourself.
He has a way of making you realize that life can’t be always be perfect and if you looking for only bigger things you might lose the smaller happiness in store for you.
The only feedback to my coach would be to spread this amazing help to all who need and make this coaching a way to help all the needed people.
